Infinite TOS

For about a month now I've had the displeasure of having to accept Tos everytime I log in. And I also have to skip the intro-vid every time.
I repaired, re-installed and tried to change following in the usersettings document. SET SkipPregameVideos "1" SET SkipEULAS "1"

Anyone knows how to fix it?

Did you try removing UserSettings.txt completely and restarting the game? (backup the file before just in case)

Here are some steps for deleting the Usersettings file.

Open up the Documents folder on your computer.
Open the Elder Scrolls Online folder, then open the Live folder.
Find the UserSettings file.
Create copies of the file, then delete the original.
Close everything and start ESO again.

Hi, Thank you and I tried doing this and the problem persists.
It does not take me a long while to accept the Tos, but when I removed the Usersettingsfile the game did not download the file again (very strange)
So I had to accept all other agreements , there was like 4 new ones to accept, and my ingame-setting was completely off and I had to go to game setting to see my damage , skillcooldown etc.

So I added my old Usersettingsfile back again and it is back to the normal issue with introvid and tos, but that fixed my ingame-settings back to the way it was. I can play the game so it is by no means any dealbreaker.

After removing the UserSettings file, you will need to run a repair through the ESO Launcher. This will recreate a new UserSettings file for ESO.
