Antiquity digging spots still bugged

I sent a ticket back in June iirc, and also posted a thread here. The problem persists, and I'm getting really frustrated with it.

I have my Scrying and Excavation skills at max, I ALWAYS get all 6 orbs opened during scrying, but when I go to the digging area and find the sparkling mound of dirt, it STILL poofs away 50% of the time upon interact, sometimes two times in a row when I finally find a new one. It disappears, and spawns again in the digging area, to another spot. I can't even enter the minigame for digging, it disappears when I press E to interact. I dig up antiquities a lot, and this thing happens almost every single time, and it's driving me nuts. I also know very well that failing the digging minigame changes the spot - BUT I NEVER GET INTO THE DIGGING MINIGAME TO BEGIN WITH and I'm irated.

And no, I'm not doing anything wrong, I was asking around about this in my guild, and no one else has had this bug. I oftentimes get unique bugs in games, especially in ESO. (One time a hat changed its texture into a new, unreleased one that used the same model as a base, and they only fixed it after 3 months (it was the pumpkin halloween mask, too lazy to check its name, there's two versions of it). I've waited 2 months now, and am getting mighty angry.)

Please fix this! I'm on PC-EU.

I don’t believe the dig site would just disappear in the case of full inventory. I’ve attempted to dig with insufficient inventory (you need 3-5 slots, I can’t remember exactly) and it didn’t let me start but told me the reason so I summoned a banker or merchant and cleared the space and then was able to dig.
