Changing weather and time of day…

If you own a home and its instanced based can we get the option to change the time of day and weather within the instance your home is in? It’s rarely night time and when I do get actually night time its so freaked cool.

What do you guys think?

I would like this too. I would appreciate just being able to make it day while I place furnishings, though. I dislike having to wait til daytime to do my garden so I can see what I am doing.

Been asked for many, many times in the housing forums.
Time of Day is unfortunately tied to the local server time, and weather is tied to the local zone weather.
Tamriel is a "Flat Earth", as it's always the same time everywhere.

I doubt Tamriel is actually a flat zone floating in the empty void of Oblivion, since we can clearly see round celestial bodies in the sky; Lorkan, etc...
Our Developer-Gods may not have sufficient divinity to either make Tamriel Round, or make the Sun circle the Flat World.

Arteaum always has the same daylight conditions so I don’t see why our houses could not operate in the same way.
