I was pretty hot for Grand Topal Hideaway but seeing as how it was in the store this January not expecting it back anytime soon. Still it surprises me there’s a house that hasn’t seen a rerun yet.

This is incorrect. I bought it two years after the release of Summerset. They usually sell it in July when it returns. It’s not very common, but it has been resold.

I’d like to see Stone Eagle Eerie return. Hopefully we get like a DarkHeart of Skyrim anniversary or something!

It's not fixed, and any could appear, though there is a pattern for some houses in dlc zones, which reappear when there is an anniversary event of that zone (though that's not necessary always the case either).

So i checked previous 2 years, January houses were Lakemire Xanmeer Manor and Elihnir Private Arena, seems like no connection to the snow aestetics and no pattern, hmmm, even more curious what will it be now.

    - Bastion Sanguinaris
    - Colossal Aldmeri Grotto
    - Forgemaster Falls
    - Shalidor's Shrouded Realm

I don’t think Bastion Sanguinaris has returned since it’s initial release in 2020, which I believe is when the Colossal Aldmeri Grotto last returned (for the Summerset Anniversary event) unless it’s never returned at all.

Hopefully all of these houses will return soon! :)

It's stated in the crown store showcase that there will be Daedric wars celebration event, how do you think is it possible that they will announce Colossal Aldmeri Grotto becoming available for sale in event announcement?

No, I’ve never seen a house brought back that wasn’t announced in the monthly showcase. We should learn about the event and new collectibles in that announcement.

Maybe next month since the event is at the end of January? Hope for next month but be prepared for it to be later still. I’d been waiting for Tel Galen since I started playing the game and had hoped and even expected it would finally return for last year’s Tribunal event but it didn’t return until several months later.

I do hope that ZOS will more often bring back two houses each month as they did more often last year!
