Bashing Glyphs

Bashing Glyphs are very poor despite them being buffed a while back. Why not have them also apply their damage to the Sword and Board skills that use the shield to attack as well?

✭You can try to make a build around Deadlands Demolisher (craft), Veiled Heritance (overland). For pure Glyph of Bashing you always can't go wrong with Heartland + Torugs (both craft).2 -

I have been happily running around with Deadland Demolisher (DD) with 1h&shield and bow, with the jewelry glyphs.
It's fun as bash costs little stam and the set lays out good damage. Only tried it in PVE.
Always puzzled how a bashing with a bow does as much damage as a shield....0 -

base bash dmg is based on your characters resistances (looking at patch notes it doesnt state the exact formula but its 1+ scaling value based on combination of physical and spell resistance)
there are some other things that increase bash dmg/reduce cost (i think a 1h/shield passive and some of the red CP tree)plays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them
