it's been past a week I submitted a ticket and still no answer from support . I even tried to reach to your GMs in discord ..

long story short , we killed a bunch of players in cyro they got mad and they mass reported me and my friend with their guild members and we got social banned for litteraly doing nothing . they accused us of cheating and tbaging them when we didn't and yet we get punished becouse they have the numbers . what if it was a ban ? we had to wait this long for no respond ? and I know a friend of mine got banned for getting mass reported .
I can't express how disappointed I am , these kind of people exactly know your inability to manage and they exploit it in your face .
