Put simply, are spells that increase health regeneration effected by healing recieved debuffs? My gut tells me yes, but I'd rather get something a little more concrete than that.
I really have a feeling your wording it incorrectly, the resto staff has 3 ablitys that increase health regin, the fighters guild had 1 and if I'm not mistaken so dose the mages guild.
I appreciate your concern. Let me try being more specific. Lethal Arrow on the Bow skill line has a Morph which decreases the healing received by the target. So, say I've got Sanguine Altar from the Undaunted skill tree active and I'm attacked with Lethal Arrow. Would I receive less healing from Sanguine Altar?
