What's the point of all these tickets?

So im a little bummed out when I did the math in my head and realized I couldnt get the skin I missed during the event it came out previously and the last two pieces for the house. I spent all my tickets in the last event on undaunted pages because I assumed they'd give us enough tickets during the new life to make an entire new fragment from the ones we missed. Here's the math:

20 tickets for last two morph fragments of house
15 tickets to make unstable morpholith again
30 tickets for one other fragment morph

65 tickets

It's 5 tickets off to get it a completely new fragment, unless you happened to have another morpholith waiting to be morphed. It just seems kinda odd that this event gives us so many tickets so we can get any of the previous morphs we werent able to get, only to make the tickets 5 short from getting that and the house completely.

I think they bring them back so that if someone missed part of a previous reward for some reason they have a second opportunity to get the pieces they're missing. You're not supposed to be trying to make multiple things from scratch in one festival.

The whole idea of the event tickets is that you have to play all the events if you want all the rewards, so players have an incentive to do that (I suspect before this many people skipped most of the events).

However there is also the option of buying extra tickets in the crown store. It's very expensive (5 tickets would be 1,250 crowns) but that's the alternative ZOS decided on.

For me I'll be done on day 7 of the event, I'll have the house, skin, personality, mount and pet from the fragments. I'll have 12 tickets to take forward.

I do want the rabbit so if I haven't got that by then I'll carry on trying to get it but if I've got it by then I can walk away

Event Tickets are 250 Crowns each in the Crown Store

So if you need 5 more tickets (above 60 provided by the Event), Crown Store is the option, though not a cheap one.

I'm glad they bring back the previous items, since I missed the personality, and can now collect the parts for it. I personally don't want the house, so I don't mind - they have indeed made all the stuff available in the last event of the yearn ever since the tickets were introduced, for those who miss a few pieces, not to get the whole year's stuff in one event (it would defeat the point of timed events).

As others have said, the event is to make up for missing some of a previous event. Not all. Cash shop is your (expensive) option in that case.

It is to help you if you missed one or two of the items for a morph. I'm missing one of the item for the girfin mount, so I will be farming for that and I started off with 12 tickets. So I'm all good and will have the house tomorrow. After that it is all about getting the unstable and the final fragment for the mount.

I skipped the other events.

60 tickets total for me.
All i want and need is the personality so thats -20
+5 to complete the pet
Thats 35 tickets that i can use.
I might try to get the mount...but i would lose the pet...
If i decide to keep the morpholite pet i might just buy the rabbit and try to save tickets for the next event.

I have all the items I want and the unstable pet, but it won't let me buy fragments for another unstable Morpholith even though I don't have any of the fragments. Guess I'll miss out on using 27 tickets since I have nothing I want to spend them on. Would like to use 15 to have another Morph but it looks like the next year might be using something else.

I was able to get a unstable pet after everything.Make sure you don't have the fragments unused in collections

I'm glad I feel don't feel the need to have to have everything in the game.. I play one main character, I have two characters total and I'm about to delete my 2nd character (the crafter) because I have all the traits and the motifs learned on the main character now. Also with the build changing system, I can have a crafting/harvesting build saved, pvp build saved and a pve solo world bosses etc saved.

But if I did feel the need to have everything in game, I would probably feel the same way. I quit ESO for the better part of a year and a half. I missed a lot of Elswyere, all of Greymore and a lot of Deadlands including all the events except for Witches Festival and New Life because of this event I am able to get the Quagsiff so its nice I can at least get something.

You don't need any more bits of the pet.

It's a new pet next year, so if you have the morpholith and the 4 items from the year then there is nothing else to spend tickets on except bunny, style pages and repair kits.

Tomorrow I hit 12 tickets, tomorrow is my last day of involvement with the event as I have everything from this and all previous new life festivals, and I'm not that fussed about group repair kits

Wouldn’t 5 tickets just be roughly $12-$15 dollars worth of crowns? Oh, and there’s even a crown sale on right now. If I was in the same boat as the OP to me those five tickets would be worth that.
