I couldn't think of anything I'd like to ask for but I finally thought of something!
SNOW!!
Seriously, lots of it LOL.
I have a holiday home build I'm working on and the one thing it's lacking is all things SNOWY!

Only way I've been able to find any is in the Crown store but going there using the home build editor.
(Searching for snow things in the "regular" Crown store doesn't find them for some reason.)
In the home build editor open the 'Browse' window and click the upper right Crown symbol "Purchase"
And type "snow" in the search box.
I'd love pretty much anything from under the 'Conservatory' category:
- Boulders and Large Rocks
- Giant Trees
- Ice and Snow (These snow piles are AWESOME!)
- Stones and Pebbles
- Trees
I'd ask for placeable water planes\tiles but sadly I don't think these exist in-game (ZOS hint hint?)

Non-Crown things:
- "Greeting cards", poetry, a neat story, even what you ate for holiday foods
- Any of the (non-armour) clothing items you come across in game that always end up under the Misc tab (I collect them)
- Wine and cheese
- Insightfuls


EDIT: I am still gifting and going thru the thread (It's a chonky one lol), but I read a few posts on here about crown-only gifts and wanted to say something.
If you want to be able to gift and don't have access to crowns I'll add a couple non-crown things.
But here's the thing, a gift can be anything, even if you take a minute to type out some nice words, poetry, well wishes, anything.
It is ALL special, gifts don't have to be just *stuff*.

Also if I sent you gifts they are absolutely *without* contingency. You can sell them, re-gift, whatever makes you happy.
I was unexpectedly floored at the "thank yous" some ppl sent back, you are beyond generous!
Please do not feel like you need to send anything in return, if all you wish to say is "thank you" in a note that is enough. Those have been making me smile more than any game *stuff*

Only thing I ask is please pay it forward. Even if it's not in-game items. Being kind to another player, help someone out with a port, or a tough fight or quest, anything.

TL;DR: Have a wonderful holiday and be excellent to each other!
