When defeating a delve boss, can only loot boots or belts on PS4 North American megaserver

I cannot complete my regional sets (armor and weapons) since I loot nothing else than boots or belts.
This issue had me thinking about quitting the game since I cannot get better gear by myself.
Please resolve for me as soon as possible.

✭This isn’t a bug and working as intended.
Delves drop waist, boots
Other items drop from group dungeons, dolmens/incursions and world bosses. So to get those items you need to do that content.
