✭✭✭✭✭If the race is the only thing you're actually considering changing Khajiit would be more beneficial due to orcs wpd loosing is strength with every frenzy tick as diminishing returns kicking in even without shimmering with infused jewels versus stable Khajiits bonus virtually growing in strength with every tick.1

Vicecannon + Titanborn + Balorgh + Shimmering Frenzy
Yes, it’s a Gank build.
The problem is that vicecannon isn't suited to a gankblade, you want more burst. So something like caluurions is the go to right now. Titanborn can be good but relies on being low health which can be just too low on a ganker, you are squishy to start so having to gank at below 50% or even 75% puts you in a very bad situation if the gank fails or another player sees you. Shimmering frenzy runs into the same problem and is very tricky to pull off well.

Why would orc's weapon damage lose strength with every tic of shimmering frenzy? Khajiit crit dmg multiplier wouldn't scale all that much anyway. But khajiit would probably be the way to go for your specific situation then.Stamblade

Then sure if enemy players can't attack you then your build would work. Just keep in mind the downsides for all other situations.0
