Fourth jewellery slot?

Just trying out builds and I realised it’s impossible to put on more than one jewellery 3 piece set but then I thought about a fourth jewellery slot to make it happen but with one caveat. The Jewellery would be bracelet which means it would be equipped on the arm slot. Therefore you would lose out on an armor slot in favour of an extra piece of jewellery. Alternatively, they could simply add waist pieces to the jewellery sets. I don’t think it would be game breaking and would open up new an interesting builds.

    Something like this for example:
    3 Piece Agility + 3 Piece Potentates + 5 Piece + 1 Mythic.

Why not another 9 or more...
8 fingers & as many necklaces as I feel like (can carry) & a few earrings, nose rings etc

No. Power creep is already strong and this would just make things more easier and potentially much cheesier on pvp.

    Big no

    NB enthusiastic:
    1. Woodhippie stamblade - DW hard-hitter / PvE
    2. Know-it-all elf Magblade - Healer / PvE & PvP
    3. Hate-them-all elf Magblade - Destrostaff AoE monster / PvE
    4. Cyrodiil-Refugee stamblade - Stamina Tank / PvE

    Go dominion or go home

Yes, because golding out 3 jewelry pieces is not brutal enough. :^)

You can backbar only potentates and frontbar only agility, 1jewelry+weapon each.

But they could just introduce body pieces of these sets.

    I don't see a need.

Right now, you can run two 5 piece sets, a mythic, a monster set and 1 piece trainee.

Or like one of my builds, have two 5 piece sets, a jewelry set and a mythic.

You can build for some incredible stats right now. Which is good, and as someone who makes a new PvP build about every 5 minutes, I really enjoy the options we have.

I don't think we need anymore slots though.

I'd like to see earrings, but as others have mentioned, it would blow the game up.

Honestly, I'd like to have ear slots just to fill out the rest of what my Jeweler should be able to make.

I would rather wish that we could make jewelry to embellish our heroes, that we could craft your own tiaras etc. And actually, if you think further, it would be nice if we would be able to make your own costumes.

This is awesome. Yeah I’d like the ability to craft costumes and adornments. They should add this as a feature. You could then sell your designs.

Maybe a relic or a trinket slot would work.

    snip...

    This would be 14 slots though: two 5 piece = (10) + mythic (1) + monster set (2) + one trainee (1).

My math may be wrong as I am tired, but If you could please tell me how this is possible I would be forever grateful; and so would all my alts.

You can have backbarable 5 piece set on backbar only (say, alchemist), and another 5 piece on frontbar only.

How does one go about switching out 5 whole pieces when you bar swap?

Serious question. I know there is an addon that does this, although a bit buggy, but other than switching out just your weapon (2 slots) I did not think it possible to exchange the full 5.

No... but I wish Mythics were on their own slot.

We have 14 gear slots. This almost always turns into setups of:
    • 5x set body, 5x set jewelry+frontbar, 2x monster set, 2x master weapon backbar
    • 5x set body, 5x set jewelry+body, 2x master weapon frontbar and 2x backbar
    • 5x set body, 3x set jewelry, 2x monster set, 2x master weapon frontbar and 2x backbar

Mythics almost always turn into glorified monster sets. you use 1-piece of a monster set and then slot your mythic item. Especially for Gaze of Sithis or Spaulder of Ruin which are legit on the head/shoulder areas.

I do like Mythics but if they were their own unique slot, there could be a massive amount of more variety and build-altering effects they produce.

Seems like a real question, so I'll post one way to demonstrate a real answer:

Weapon 1 Front Bar: Set One
Weapon 2 Front Bar: Set One
Weapon 1 Back Bar: Set Two
Weapon 2 Back Bar: Set Two
Head Front and Back Bar: Monster Set
Shoulder Front and Back Bar: Monster Set
Chest Front and Back Bar: Trainee
Hands Front and Back Bar: Set One
Waist Front and Back Bar: Set One
Feet Front and Back Bar: Set Two
Legs Front and Back Bar: Set One
Jewel 1 Front and Back Bar: Set Two
Jewel 2 Front and Back Bar: Set Two
Jewel 3 Front and Back Bar: Mythic

Above is one way Back Bar a 5 piece (Set Two) and Front Bar a different 5 piece set (Set One) still using a Mythic, a 2 piece Monster Set and 1 piece of Trainee armor.

Front bar has: 5 Set One, 3 Set Two, 2 Monster Set, 1 Trainee, 1 Mythic
Back bar has: 5 Set Two, 3 Set One, 2 Monster Set, 1 Trainee, 1 Mythic

Ah clever, I was hoping to be able to use 2 full sets along with the rest and swap to a different full 2 full sets, but this way works nicely too. I will continue to use my dressing room though for my main, but thanks for explaining it in such detail for me. I will most likely use this setup on a few alts, all in all a clever idea.

Edit to add: sorry to the OP for the thread highjack.
