Are Vampiric furniture recipes only available as drops from Harrowstorms?

I haven't had much luck getting the purple recipes :(

    A look at ESO Fashion site indicates they are found as looting/drops and harrowstorms in Blackreach: Greymoor caverns.

    Good luck - they are a slog to collect, may RNG always be in your favour !

    They seemed to have a better drop rate during the Halloween event, or I got really lucky during that event.

    Harrowstorms in The Reach drop containers and those *can* contain the recipes...

    In the past I have gotten some from Nchuthnkarst public dungeon in Blackreach, but as of the last couple of months the drop rate has gone down the toilet.

    Thank you for the advice on where to look for the vampiric recipes. I guess I am in for a bit of a grind. I hope they release a Master Writs document lucky dip pouch for them :)

    I believe there is a random envelope already but it’s mixed blue and small chance for purple. It might be called Skyrim or something?

    I hesitate to spend vouchers for them because I have all the blues. When I would find them, the ones I put in the guild trader had to be listed at dirt cheap prices to get them to sell. If I get them from containers that’s fine, but selling a blue plan from vouchers at 10k or less is a travesty.

    If you give it a try let me know if you are lucky enough to get a decent amount of purples.

    EDIT: Oh wait, it might have been in the Markarth set with the Dwarven plans. Let me check

    EDIT2: I was mistaken about these random envelope contents. I don’t see Vampiric in either. That is unfortunate. I am missing a lot of them.

    I remember buying a lot of the Skyrim and Markarth envelopes when they first came out. I seem to rely on this type of lucky dip more and more as purple recipes are difficult to find and expensive to buy.

    The vampire themed house may have to wait a while.
