How much VP/XP are the mobs rewarding on PTS Veteran Ranks?

According to the 1.1 PTS patch notes:

"Additionally, the veteran XP earned from killing enemies has more than doubled"

More than doubled as in 2.5x?

Considering a normal mob gives 85 xp/vp in 1.0 this would mean 200ish xp/VP in 1.1?

With these changes we would still be looking at:

V1-V2 2500
V2-V3 5000
V3-V4 7500
V4-V5 10000
V5-V6 12500
V6-V7 15000
V7-V8 17500
V8-V9 20000
V9-V10 22500

= 112500 = 112,5k~ normal mobs from V1-V10

Feels a bit too intense for me. Is the plan to eliminate grinding altogether?
Seems odd since it is possible for normal levels.

    Grinding may be a viable leveling method, but it isn't intended. The developers are not balancing the game around you running in circles killing the same thing over and over again.

    Quests still give a ton of XP in VR, and I've found the world bosses and dolmens give between 10K and 20K each in VR.

    Attention Zenimax: Stamina builds don't hold up to magicka builds, and this is causing most of your class imbalance. It makes melee weapons and bows weaker than staves and class abilities. It makes medium and heavy armor less desirable than light armor. Fix this imbalance, and you'll address most of your balance issues.
