Premium Random Daily Dungeon Reward - Only 1 transmute crystal from the Transmute Geode

Since the Sticker book release, been seeing 10 transmute crystals in the Transmute Geode you get in the mail when you complete your first (premium) Random Daily Dungeon. However, on one of my toons today, I only received 1 transmute crystal from the Geode on their first run of the day.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Caveat - I was invited to the group by a guild mate who had already run their Premium Random Daily on his/her particular toon. Would that effect the reward?

    Yep happened to me I think 3 times yesterday.
    It's frankly getting old.

    It has an individual 20 hour cool down, and does not reset at 11pm (2am EST) like most daily things.

    Grinding just make you go in circles.

    My toon was showing the Purple reward, but wondering if because the crown was running the blue reward when they popped for the queue, I received that as well.

    Yes. I did two random dungeons and received only 1 today. I have seen this in the past but thought it was a minor anomaly. These were not particularly easy nor particularly difficult. Two in a row has me worried especially since it was after server maintenance.
    Light armored MagBlade, Mag Templar (healer), MagSorc, Hybrid DK, MagDen, and MagCro.

    You had to be within the 20 hour cooldown. That is the only time I've seen this. Ran a random daily yesterday on two characters and got my 10 on each one

    What is it with all the necromancers on the loose recently? Is there some kind of convention nearby?

    You were probably out of cool down - if on pc downloa whatpledgeamIon and it'll tell you the cooldodwns of all your characters, what pledges they have, and what pledge is today. v useful add on

    That said, occasionally - but very occasionally from what ive seen - df glitches and only give you one transmute. If you're sure you're on purple, just run another, usually then gives it

    Probably you just had cooldown on you, as it is per character
    NB enthusiastic:
    1. Woodhippie stamblade - DW hard-hitter / PvE
    2. Know-it-all elf Magblade - Healer / PvE & PvP
    3. Hate-them-all elf Magblade - Destrostaff AoE monster / PvE
    4. Cyrodiil-Refugee stamblade - Stamina Tank / PvE

    Go dominion or go home

    Nightblade-Hipster. I played Nightblade before it was cool - from 1.5 onwards.
