Does heal stacking work among random players in Cyro?

A lot of ungrouped players casting Radiant Regen (for example). Does it stack on me? I think i see only one icon of Radiant in buff window everytime.

    hmm, iirc 'major' buffs don't stack

    I presume you're referring to templar 'Radiant Aura' , correct?

    i mean Radiating Regeneration skill from Resto tree. In groups this skill stack. But wat about random (zerg) players? Can they stack identical HoTs? Not ground ones (Springs, Rituals).

    Yes, there is nothing group based about regen stack except that groups do it more efficiently because they're closer together

    hmm, i could've sworn they didn't stack and other forum threads say they don't stack either. But perhaps those threads are out-dated? Was it changed recently so that 'major' buffs now stack?

    So like, a 20% stam regen increase buff can be stacked to 40% & so on?

    Yes. They all stack whether grouped or not.

    I'm not sure what the target limit currently is that applies to ground based ones. If any.

    my bad. It seems popular addon AUI groups identical HOTs for i don't know reasons... I disabled buff tracker from there and...
