Know it's possible, had friends (who are no longer active so I can't ask them) do it.
Do I just submit a ticket to customer service in game? Or fill someone out elsewhere?

If you wish to change your Guild's name, you should contact Customer Support here. Please make sure to include the following information in the description:
The current name of the Guild.
Three potential names for the Guild (in case the first/second choice is already taken).
The names must follow these rules:
The name cannot exceed 25 characters.
The name cannot start with a space.
The name must end with a letter.
No more than two of the same letter in a row.
No adjacent punctuation characters.
The name may contain up to four hyphens, apostrophes, or spaces at most.
Does not contain any special characters.
The guild name must adhere to our Code of Conduct.
