Before I put it together here is the idea,
magplar stage 3 vamp
Slimecraw/balorgs
Heartland conqueror front and back, 2H sharpend/resto powered
2 trainee
2 willpower
Wildhunt ring
Astro
2 spell dmg 1 swift
3light, 3heavy 1 medium

    Templar is best played through stacking weapon and spell damage. If this is for no proc, check out deadly strikes, pariah, buffer of the swift, heartland conqueror
    If this is for procs, back bar + front bar + mythic + monster + 1 trainee is really nice. Clever/olorhime/daedric trickery are great back bar sets
    deadly/warmaiden/stuhns/new offensive version of daedric trickery (forgot name) are great front bar sets
    Magma incarnate/balorgh/engine guardian/bloodspawn are all nice monster sets
    Mala/wild hunt/torc are all decent mythics
