Would Scorion's Feast be overpowered if Overflow Aura didn't consume the Imbued Aura?

In other words, would Scorion's Feast be overpowered if you and the 3 other group members were able to receive the Imbued Aura buff of 307 Mag+Stam Recovery for 10 Seconds and the Overflow Aura buff of 307 Weapon+Spell damage for 10 seconds at thew same time, with the same 20 seconds cooldown?

My thought was that it wouldn't be overpowered. Requires two heavy attacks to get both procs, and you and the three group members would still only have a 50% uptime making it a somewhat of an afterthought as a damage/recovery group set.

Anyone using Scorion's Feast rn, wondering your thoughts?

It'd be exactly the same as if you alternated between the two auras, just a bit easier to maintain. As is you want to do a heavy attack every 10s so you alternate, and with the change you'd do 2 heavy attacks every 20s with the same buff uptime. If you made both aura's proc off the same heavy attack that would just change the 2 to a 1 which would defeat the point of having them be 2 different buffs but would otherwise change little.

You'd think it would be exactly the same on paper, but it's like any other proc set with a cooldown in that the theoretical max uptime is not the same as its actual uptime in combat. It is incredibly difficult to land both heavy attacks at the exact second to get the most out of the set. By both I mean landing your Overflowing Auta heavy attack the precise second that Imbued Aura will expire (and if you go over by 1 second you miss the whole opportunity by 10 seconds), AND land the Imbued Aura heavy attack the exact second that cooldown is over.
