As is its a meaningless achievement you can get by getting in the last poison tick. Not brag worthy in its current form.2 -

I sort of agree, but then also dungeons titles could be seen as meaningless, one could have been carried all the way through.
I like the idea, OP. To me titles add a flavour to the game; while there are many people that use them to brag about (and rightfully so), I use them to fit my character.
My Nord's a Thane, I need to see if there's a Jarl title, you know, to step up in the social ladder.0 -

A: you git gud and earn it yourself
B: pay to get it
C: find a group to carry you so you get the last several hits in and keep you alive.
Win. Win. Win.
