Undaunted Daily not giving Event Tickets

On both mine and my wife's account did not get tickets. I had spent tickets before I did the daily. My wife had 2 left and I had one left. We got the Undaunted chest but no tickets.

The delve daily from Bolgrul doesn't award tickets.
The tickets are dropped by the final boss of a group dungeon; they are not handed out with the rewards from the quest giver.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!7 -

You can get a box from the Undaunted Delve Daily guy, but not tickets:

✭✭✭✭✭It's not the quests that give tickets but the final boss. So if you missed the final boss of the dungeon, you wouldn't get tickets for completing the quest.1 -

First on Fungal Grotto II, then on Castle Thorn.
No ticket for final boss, although I could loot the boss corpse.
Gotta stay alive for the tickets on the final boss!0 -

I did get to the end with Crypt of Hearts II and no tickets, so I figure I must have already gotten them earlier and failed to notice.0
