Question about Greymoor and Vampires

So after coming back after years of not playing I am enjoying myself. I was shocked they reversed literally how Vampires gain and lose stages but I have worked that out.

I purchased Greymore CE which I noticed is a Vampire questline in Skyrim. I am curious can I join the Vampire faction? Or am I forced to join the good side only?

    You cannot join the Gray Host or side with the Villain. However, you can side with your friendly neighborhood vampires in the Ravenwatch, who you may remember from Rivenspire.

    Unfortunately, Greymoor is no Dawnguard DLC where you can choose which side to support.

    Friendly Vampires? :smiley: Really? I want to play this expansion but I see Lyris is in it and I havent finished the orginal campaign. Thanks for the info Is Rivenspire is another expansion or another elder scrolls game? I dont remember them I started playing in Morrowind

    Rivenspire is a Daggerfall Covenant zone - it's base game not DLC.

    The final battle the guy hits like a wet noodle, I stood there taking up close and personal screen shots of his vampire lord form. I like to get the female version screen shots, but she's actually a lot tougher to do that.
