I have a question about the chilled status effect.
With an ice staff equipped, does it only apply minor maim and brittle, or does it also have a chance to immobilize targets? If so, would I immobilize targets more frequently by using wall of elements with a charged ice staff?

✭✭✭✭✭Ice status effect makes the target deal less damage, and brittle makes targets take more critical damage and procs while applying chilled with an ice staff equipped. Immobilization only happens when an opponent has the chilled status effect while standing in Wall of Frost.
So yes, charged will make immobilization on opponents in the wall more common. Frost Clench immobilizes on impact, and Frost Pulsar has a 4 times higher chance of procing chilled than the base version of the ability.PC NA - Ceyanna Ashton - Breton Vampire MagDK0
