Grim Focus dropping on bar swap

Since the patch on XB 1X, every time I weapon swap I lose the buff for grim focus. Affects both morphs.
How to reproduce:
Slot Focus on a bar.
Hit the skill and light attack to charge it.
Check your character sheet to see the damage is added.
Weapon swap.
Check again to see it is no longer active.
From here I swap back. To get the buff back up you have to reactive that skill. But the moment you swap it goes away again.
