But still i just can't understand, how people don't know even the simpliest of mechanics and just stand on aoes and blames healer...
It's not one or two times i just give up and leave, when dd's just keeps hitting the lurcher boss in moonhunter keep and lets the spriggans heal, even if i say what to do.
Or lowbie dd's kill the three spiders in Fungal Grotto II and bissfight goes on like forever.
Or people shooting themselves dead against the netch in darkshade caverns II

I pretty much exclusive pug random vet.
People seem totally out of touch with just how .. well.. bad? the average player really is.
They see 90k parses in their guilds and 100k parses on youtube and think the average joe should atleast be able to do 70k
Well.. Not so much.
From what I can tell average single target DPS in dungeons is between 10-20k. This is perfectly acceptable for normal but for vet runs it becomes a problem and mechs needs to be followed to a T if DPS is low.

I roll into a random DC1 on a lowbie dd and when group ports in, the healer is rocking a bow, so the tank calls him/her out on it - healer says "they could be healing arrows",
tank asks "... Are they?" ,
Healer says ".....no.... But they could be"
Had a solid chuckle and he/she did at least burn through the mobs and waited for us to do the quest
I've been thinking of doing most of this event on my Stamina Bow/Bow Warden Healer, actually. I should do it, just to see if anyone kicks me.

I’ve been that guy. Tried switching setups and it didn’t swap out my Destro staff for the Resto staff, so most of my abilities were unusable. Made for an exciting boss fight when I’m relying only on class heals.

This actually made me remember a fg run from years ago (before outfits)!
Ported in as DD on a random and the other 3 immediately blast the chat with "we're going naked!! Unequip your armour and weapons or get kicked!
It was like 1am, there was wine involved, and I was like " [snip] yeah!!"
Honestly one of my funniest chattiest runs lol and @SammyKhajit this one had to be rezzed a few times too 😅

I had got to level 49 on an alt, and got the above as the dungeon for the day. "Great!", I thought, until I got three level 10's as group mates. I was a tank by this time after the previous debacle above, and have never been any good at dps.
The dungeon took nearly an hour to finish.

I am not seeing the complaint here. Too long? No complaint, just a story?
vBC1 is hard on low cp inexperienced players because of the one shot who is hard to spot, I say vBC2 is easier here on an low cp group with an healer and a tank and yes you can face tank it but that is more advanced.Mancombe_Nosehair wrote: »BC1 veteran
I'm rolling with my main and get three people who are friends. Two had never done a vet dungeon before and the third wasn't much better. They were a very friendly bunch, so I decided to roll with it for fun.
We fought our way to the final boss, which took a while in itself. Before I could write "don't read the scroll!", one of them does so. They drop like flies.
So I raise them, despite the fact that I am taunting the boss and am the last one standing. They drop again, so we repeat doing this several times. I explain the bosses kill shot, telling them when to block as I have an add-on telling me. I explain that he dd's need to raise if they can.
Eventually they decide to give up on the hard mode, although I still hadn't died. So I stop and let the boss kill me.
We try again, without hard mode this time. They drop again and again, although they sometimes manage to rez each other. I still haven't died on purpose. We eventually get the boss down to 50% and I use my Radient Oppression to kill him. We probably took a good 30 minutes fighting the end boss alone.
It was good fun though.

Yes Kag is more of an pvp think I think, necro ultimate is awesome here.Had kind of a fun experience on a healer alt the other day, when a randonorm put me into CoH2. I was apparently the only person who knew about the overlapping aoe mechanic on that one boss everyone hates, so I run away from everybody and then turn around to find them all on the ground. Templar rez passive + Kag's to the rescue, and I get them all up so we can continue the fight. And then it happens again.
That's probably the only time the Kag's set I made him has been relevant, but it made me feel pretty cool.
