Fourth Ring of the Pale Order

Hello,
I have three Rings of the Pale Order, all acquired through scying and excavation. Now I have 4 leads for the fourth one, but I cannot pick up the last lead in the Nighthollow Keep. The scroll is there, but I cannot interact with it with any of my characters. Does it mean that only 3 pieces per mythic item can be acquired through the antiquity system?

Darrett✭✭✭✭I’m not certain about the specific issue. I stopped at 3 once I had my entries in the codex filled.
Mainly I wanted to check to see if you’re aware that you can create more rings without farming at a transmute station. Very cheap and much faster than doing the lead grind for every character.2 -
