I was in Cyrodiil when suddenly I stopped being able to cast spells. I can put the targeting circle down but I can't actually cast it. I can't do anything but light or heavy attacks. I also cannot weapon swap. I'm getting the little 'you can't do this' sound for everything I try.

I put in a ticket and went out of a bit. When I came back my character had been moved to Reapers March. I was briefly able to play as normal but when I went back into Cyrodiil and joined a big party I stopped being able to use my abilities. It's almost as if I am trying to cast an attack on a target that is out of range, but I'm trying to use self heals and things that don't require a target.

My character is completely useless until this is fixed.
