Alliance Change Token - Has this ever been on sale?

With the sale on character slots and race/name change tokens I was wondering if the alliance change tokens has ever been on sale. I looked online to see if it had but can't see anything saying so.

Does anyone remember seeing this on sale in the crown store?

I doubt it ever will since you can create 3 of every class and have one per faction. It also probably moves fast enough on its own that it doesn't need a sale for the die hard PvP fans.
