Groups always want me to be using this set. I just don't know how to proc this thing.

I'm still working out how best to do it also but generally -- don't have a ton of stamina if you don't need it.

Use a skill like Razor Caltrops or some other expensive stamina abilities to cut your stam pool down. Or roll dodge/sprint a lot.

Optionally, hold and maintain block while in the 'sweet spot' to prevent stamina regen.

Yeah I got to where I would roll a few times before a boss fight then hold block. During the fight just roll once when it went above 50. Looking more Rapid Maneuvers works pretty well it's like 48% of my pool

Bone Shield, Circle of Protection, and Chains all have situational uses and would help with stam - but dodging is often key.
