Not my idea, but it was so good I had to jump on it. What if to make Mesmerize more reliable it was tweaked to stun any enemies in the cone, but the rule of it being unblockable only applies if they're looking at you?

So instead of saying: "Subdue enemies in front of you with your baleful gaze, stunning them for 5 seconds if they are facing your direction. This stun cannot be blocked."

It'd instead say: "Subdue enemies in front of you with your baleful gaze, stunning them for 5 seconds. If they are facing your direction this stun cannot be blocked."

Would help it become more reliable and still require the vampire to get in front of their enemy if that enemy was holding block. What do y'all think?
