What non-combat pets do y'all have for your Necros?

✭✭✭This is my necro. His name is L Bone which is what my young son called his elbow many years ago. He'd point to his elbow and say, "This is my L bone."
L Bone is as bone themed as I can make him with the Small Bone Dragon Construct pet, the Skeletal Wolf, the bone polymorph, and bone themed weapon motifs.

That’s cool! I noticed during the Witches Festival doing dungeons as a skeleton that a lot of the necromancer abilities like sprouting bones out of one’s back and the golaith morph look a lot better done on a skeleton!0 -

✭✭✭✭✭Whatever fits the character and their background. My orc necro uses a welwa, my argonian who isn't a real necromancer have a dragonfrog, and my redguard necromancer have a cat. Not an undead one, just a norma living cat.[Lie] Of course! I don't even worship Daedra!0 -

Nightowl_74✭✭✭Mine has the Frostbite Spider, since so many Elder Scrolls necromancers make lairs in caves full of creepy crawlies. Of course, she lives mainly in the Antiquarian's Alpine Gallery....so I guess she's fancy but likes to honor her roots. Lol0 -

Yeah, that's the idea. Should match the backstory, even if it doesn't mean anything to anyone else. My Khajiit Necro has the dromathra cat mount and cub pet, for instance. My Breton is a "witch" Necro...went with skeletal bear mount for a more nature oriented feel, and I think I'll go for one of the domestic cats for the pets. My dark elf Necro is also a vampire, so I have a bat for a pet, but can't really decide on a mount. Wish I had been able to snag one of the skeletal/zombie horses for him.
It's a very serious decision that requires a lot of thought and taking into account many variables, for sure.0 -
Shazanti✭✭✭I have 2 Necromancers.
One uses the Telvanni personality and her pet is the Deadlands Daedrat (Draederick) because it reminds me of a deformed psychotic kitty or something that too many experiments have been done to. Perhaps by her.
The other uses the Duchess personality and her pet is the Skein Shalk (Skitters), because she might be finicky and prissy but she has a fascination with things with many legs, and I have no spider pets since they're mostly locked behind crates and I have an aversion to gambling.0 -
