New computer, New Install Crash

Sold my old system. Built this
Fresh install of game. With or without add ons, still crash. The only thing that is the same are my speakers and my monitor I am at a loss

Game is crashing seems to be more in group play rather then solo.

Barely breaks 50, graphics hits 70 once in a while. tthanks for the input. Frustrating. Never crashed until last patch.

You must have quite the CPU cooler. Mine runs ESO between 50 and 60.

What is the error that you get when the game crashes?

CoolerMaster ml240l. Most of the time crashes right to desktop. No error once in a while get the box to put a message in.
I have notice sometimes the sound crackles before the crash. I do not use Nvidia sound nor have drivers installed for them.
I'm not sure of the error code. I played today pve no crash, go into cryo get into a group 4 crashes in 30 minutes.

There could be an issue with your add-ons or with your settings leading to these random crashes.

Try removing add-ons as described here and see if the crashes persist.

We also suggest deleting two settings files to ensure ESO is at it's default settings. To do so, follow the instructions below:

Open up the Documents folder on your computer.
Open the Elder Scrolls Online folder, then open the Live folder.
Find the ShaderCache and UserSettings files.
Create copies of each file, then delete the originals.
Close everything and start ESO again.

NOTE: This will reset all in-game settings to their defaults. Please take a moment when you next log in to review the settings for the game.
