I just notice that rain droplets were pouring inside Silatar lighthouse while doing story quest(The Witch of Silatar). Not certain if this is the case for other buildings too but really find it weird lol...

Anyone else notice this in other buildings?

Update: Ok, the rain droplets not visible inside the manor house which is a good thing...

PS: I've /feedback just in case.

Had this myself yesterday however rain went away after two seconds.
My guess is that rain is just an camera filter and it was not turn off at cell change but a bit later.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Did you check to see if the roof was still on?

kinda like the the captured "Sea Elf" causing rain storms inside an Eagle Strand building on Khenarthi's Roost.

Good roofers are hard to come by in Tamriel.

They cost a fortune and you need to feed them an apple a day to speed them up.
