The Grasp of the Stricture achievement not working?

I have completed all the quest markers I can find in both Fargrave and Deadlands, yet the Grasp of the Stricture achievement is still blank. I did 2 quests involving the Grasp, but apparently that didn't count for the achievement?

prof-dracko✭✭✭✭✭Apparently it's not quests, it's random "events" that pop up in Fargrave. I made the same mistake. Just run around until you see some NPCs crowded around you can talk to. Usually a Dremora in heavy armor and at least one human.
