How does one add an *emoji* beside their forum thread TITLE?

Question: i notice on certain people's forum threads TITLES , they've somehow added a little *emoji* next to the thread title (either at beginning left or at the end right) . But i can't seem to find the menu option or dropdown choice to do this. Anyone know where to find it within the forum 'create new thread' ui ?

Old_Foggy✭✭✭✭Type your text then if your on a windows just do windows + period to open up your emojis tab and choose chose the one you want..0

I'm not sure because I haven't tried it myself, but they could be on mobile, and the interface there allows it.1 -

hmm, this method doesn't seem to be working for me, but i'll take your word for it that it works ( i'm assuming by "windows" you mean the windows KEY on keyboard? )Type your text then if your on a windows just do windows + period to open up your emojis tab and choose chose the one you want..
