How does one add an *emoji* beside their forum thread TITLE?

Question: i notice on certain people's forum threads TITLES , they've somehow added a little *emoji* next to the thread title (either at beginning left or at the end right) . But i can't seem to find the menu option or dropdown choice to do this. Anyone know where to find it within the forum 'create new thread' ui ?

I'm not sure because I haven't tried it myself, but they could be on mobile, and the interface there allows it.

hmm, this method doesn't seem to be working for me, but i'll take your word for it that it works ( i'm assuming by "windows" you mean the windows KEY on keyboard? )

    Anyways thanks for posting.
