Please oh please won't you help with my plight
My days are sad and filled with gloom
If I don't play soon my wife will hand me a broom

Have you tried Twitter suggestion? Have you directly mailed a community manger to ask them confirm it's right email you are looking at?
What response have you gotten from them exactly?
Have you did a search in email for eso, Bethesda, support?

I have indeed. I went through my e-mail line by line, checked spam, did a search, etc. The only mail I have from them was 4 days ago telling me that my ESO Plus has been canceled (which I still have several months on since I pay in 6 month increments). Here in the forums they are saying that customer service already reached out with instructions to that ticket number, but when I told them I haven't received anything and maybe they could double check the email they sent it too...I've heard nothing back. I get emails just fine when someone posts a response here, so my only guess is that the customer service who handled my ticket is sending it to the wrong email or something. I tried tweeting Gina on twitter, but haven't heard anything back yet.

I sent a tweet to @Gina_BrunoWolfmaster wrote: »
My apologies but consumer service Is poor here and convoluted. So please work under that understanding.
Just saying something in forums doesn't work. Go to idk @ZOS_JessicaFolsom page and send a mail not a posting. Asking to confirm that ticket is with corresponding exact email address. I will give this a try!
Question 2?
Have you logged into Bethesda account? You should be able to ask them on ticket. They respond within the day. It says I have no active tickets.
Question 3
Have you tried Twitter? I Know it's wierd, but it's what everyone does now.

That I'll be able to stroll through the empty halls of the many homes that I bought needlessly. That I will once again be able to purchase untold numbers of crates in search of Radiant Apex mounts to compensate for my lack of a huge PVP presence.

Apparently, AT&T has some ongoing issues with both Bethesda and Ubisoft where e-mails from their customer service IPs have been blacklisted. They never even make it to my inbox because they are automatically returned. I contacted AT&T and they said it is a known issue, but the only way they can fix it is if Bethesda contacts them and requests to be removed from their blocked list through the AT&T Postmaster at abuse_rbl@abuse-att.net That is the only way to get themselves off the e-mail block list. Guess in the meantime I'm going to change my user e-mail to a google account...now if I could only log in to do it..
