The tool tips states to increase Max Health 3326, Health Recovery 406, Max Stamina 3080 and Stamina Recovery 338
But in my active effects it is only providing:
Max Health 2835, Health Recovery 356, Max Stamina 2625, Stamina Recovery 288.
I've no negative effects, so it's bugged or stealth nerfed? Either way annoying as its so expensive
