"Armory Station" Questions

I have read everything I could find online about the "Armory Station" but I still have a few questions: I think I understand the assistant but I am a little confused on the workstation.
I know it is very late to be asking about things that are going live on PC/Mac on Monday but the PC-EU server is down...

    • The armoury station is a free collectible so you can add one to every house you own.
    • It is collectable so you won't see it in your inventory, so you can't trade.
    • It will show in the crown store (for free) so you have to claim it to add to your account.
    • I assume they will be like crafting stations and should be usable by guests, but I haven't tested.
    • I guess it's something ZOS might consider adding at a later time.

    This makes it much clearer.
    I assume it comes out of the either the "collectible furnishings" or "special collectibles" limits.
