The radiant apex cinder wolf doesn't leave footprints or cast an ambient light like his friends!

1. Every apex and radiant apex leaves glowing footprints on soft terrain save the cinder wolf.
2. The frost draugr senche and plague husk horse both throw a wide, bright light on the ground and the player character. The cinder wolf is missing this light!
3. The light effects on the regular apex mounts are inconsistent. The horse has a decent red glow, but the glow of the wolf and some others is missing.
