Stuck in Garden Of Shadows since server issues

My main character, Fungo Sicario, has been stuck in Garden of Shadows since the server issues a few days ago. I was in the Garden of Shadows instance when the game server crashed.

When I try to log in with this character, I get an error message saying "Remove from area... Not Bound Leave Now" with 4 exclamation points in the top right corner. This screen lasts for about a second and then another screen appears saying "Destination Unavailable" in the top right corner. And then it crashes to the blue Play Station report an error screen.

I have submitted a ticket in-game back when this first happened and it has not been fixed. Ticket: 211021-005644
Please help.
