Greetings,
in my opinion Dremora race is highly probable. Whe have signs closer us to this race like cooperative NPC Lyranth, who also is avaiable as Houseguest. Addtional to this in Deadlands DLC we have City of Fargrave where people and dremora coexist.
For my guess, only race who devs can create as playable, who not interfere with ESO lore and exist as NPC are: Dremora, Maomer
I exclude races like goblins or falmers because they more feral and primitive.
Guys do u play Elder Scrolls?
Daedra are forbidden in many regions in Tamriel and fought by things like Fitghers guild etc. Even humanoid daedras like Dremora, dont live ,,day to day'' life among citizens of Tamriel.
Be realistic.
