Furniture statue of Nocturnal that darkens the skies (makes house night until statue is toggled)

I propose this be done through the crown store.
Create a statue of the Daedric Prince Nocturnal. When you interact with the statue it would darken the skies and give permanent night time in a house.
The statue could also give a "luck" bonus buff to make the statue appealing to more than those who just want permanent night. The buff could be like 5% chance at better items in chests, etc.
2800 crown cost.

But a Noctural statue that gives a night/shadow effect over the skybox? Why not. But for getting permanent night in a house, I'd prefer to just get a setting to set day/night cycle and weather.[Lie] Of course! I don't even worship Daedra!10
