They did tweak priorities in a recent update to be less wide so quest objectives close together wouldn't overlap, I noticed it also at some wayshrines that used to block containers preventing them from being looted can now be interacted again. Companion range of interaction may have been affected as well.

Not mine, they are complete idiots. Mirri blocks all wayshrines while I find talking to Bastian instead of looting all the times. Not to mention that there is always one torchbug circling around the wayshrines when I travel with Mirri...
