At least the Endeavours now give me an occasional use for the gazillion poisons I've accumulated from the daily login rewards.

I destroy mine. I seriously wish I could destroy 99% of the useless crap in the crates. A bunch of useless pets and corny body markings I will NEVER use. I'd love to destroy the crap rather than have it in my inventory knowing it will never see the light of day.

Weird. The Crown Poison is equivalent of Damage Health IX Poison that is used in many dps builds due to their efficiency... ;D

Its difficult to say what is more annoying.

The 3/5 min (not sure which) cooldown, the long waiting for things to respawn, or the utter rubbish that drops in the skulls.

But hey, I’d like the dog, so on the grind 😕

    I wouldn't know about builds, I don't follow them.

It's odd. I've never felt that way about loot, in any game. Loot? Cool, it's all good. If nothing else, it's sold for gold.

The only loot I avoid in this game is food ingredients, and only when I don't have craft bag running.

Now, part of this may be because I'm on PC not console, so dealing with excess loot is as easy as right-click/send to Junk. If there's a stuff in a loot container I don't want (like the food in a Provisioner writ bag) I just grab the purple ingredients and send the whole bag to Junk. You can delete all of it by clicking X.

(seriously, that "Really? You call these treats?" cartoon doesn't resonate with me; those three players just sound obnoxious and whiny. The banner one is a bit cute, though - I've got 60 or so myself. ;) )

Why would a max level want a CP160 training shield? To research on an alt, or to vendor for ~50g, or to decon for materials & style. No, I've never understood why anyone would leave greens in chests; not here, and not in WoW. It's loot, therefore it's useful.

I generally grab everything that's lootable, even the white-quality food and drinks and Alchemy potions that are sitting around on tables so I can sell them to my merchant assistant, or the trash gear that's worth 0 gold so I can deconstruct it for a really low chance to extract a few materials from it. The only times I don't loot everything is if I'm in a hurry due to time constraints, or have already maxed out my inventory and have nothing left that I can sell to my merchant assistant or deposit through my banking assistant. In the second case, I might try to make more room by destroying any trash gear I'd picked up.

As for the comic about the treats, I actually thought the characters were supposed to sound obnoxious and whiny-- that the comic was poking fun at the playerbase as much as at the game.

Regarding CP160 Training gear, I find it interesting that a lot of players will use XP-boosting scrolls, food and drink, or events to grind faster for more CP, but they balk at the idea of equipping CP160 Training gear for that same purpose. I mean, I doubt that I would do so, but that's because I almost never grind for XP anyway. :)

while most of the plunder drops are garbage, I did get the momento, and enough parts to make the dog, so I'm happy!

    Congrats!

But regarding the "garbage," one player's "garbage" is another player's "treasure." Personally, I'm happy to get any Provisioning ingredients, crafting mats, event-related style mats, etc.

That said, I do hope I get enough parts to make the dog. :)

I'm someone who very rarely uses pets, but I'm using the pooch until the end of October, out of the new Witchfest 2021 items the momento, & dog, are the best IMO, I also have the emote, that one will never be used.

Yup. Best in slot for DPS. If you are not using the crown poison or the crafted equivalent you are wasting DPS. I keep the potions as well. Drinking potions build ultimate. Some would rather chug those 100-200 gold crit potions in a random dungeon I guess.

I do wish I could deconstruct furniture and companion gear.

Pets and body markings are not in your inventory.

Now this might because training gear only boost your xp from kills, not from quest or random dungeon or BG.
You need something like dressing room to make it efficient and you has to lug more gear.
Yes if you grind a lot training gear makes lots of sense, if you run trough lots of alts it does not.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Would be nice to have 1 event in the year that rewards transmute crystals and gold mats. I would play the cheeks off that one. =)

Rest of the events. x2 xp is nice for leveling my alt server, but even that is almost done. So...

I dont really need more fishing bait, and having weird stuff in my inventory that i just have to sell to get gold, but which is really nothing but gold with a humorous twist is, fun at first (3 years ago).

Dremora Motif is beautiful, but i have had the complete thing since the first year. Come up with new motifs every year or so, that would be great!

REALLY WHAT IT BOILS DOWN TO:

Maybe 80% of your subscriber base are new people, but ONCE IN A WHILE do something that caters to the endgamers, or just the long-timers who have done the dam pig and pie quests (which were freaking AWESOME the FIRST time) and already have all the basic stuff.

Anniversary Jubilee might be your cup of tea. The gift boxes from doing daily quests have a small chance at dropping gold crafting mats like chromium plating. You can do up to 50 dailies a day per character.

As for transmute crystals, those are usually in the Undaunted Reward boxes during the Undaunted Event.

They show up in other event boxes too (anniversary, esp?). I've got like 450 of them at the moment, and I don't do anything that rewards geodes.
