I plan to make a castle in the middle, possibly elevated so it would have a good view of the rest of the place. Then make themed sections, like a Dark Brotherhood area, and a Vampire area, and a beautiful garden, and whatever else comes to mind once I get started.

I'll be building my own personal crafting hall there. Always wanted one, but doomchar has prompted me to actually start saving up vouchers for it.

Frankly, I am only getting it for storage (only because I have excess tickets) and I probably will have a hard time even going there to get/drop off furniture. I find the property depressing, although I know it will be exciting for some people.

Fill it with ashlander yurts. Make my own, new tribe.

At first I was really excited about it. But after seeing some screen shots and actually touring I'm not even going to bother. It just seems to dreary and a bit bland for me.

Also, as someone else mentioned, not a huge fan of all the daedra stuff. And not a bit interested in the lava scenery.
