I have looked everywhere around the Mehrunes Spite Delve and it cannot be found. Any help?

    IIRC it's above the delve entrance - been a couple years since I did that one.

    You need to...
    look upwards, to the top of the waterfall. It's there.

    Instead of heading down the path to the delve stay on the road then head to the top of the waterfall, as others have said it is on a rock outcrop above the delve entrance

    Did you use an addon or look at the map? Even using an addon, it helps to look at the map too as a number of treasures are under overhangs, in caves, or on top of things.
    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    I did that last night, but I was trying to ride down the cliff to get to the delve. You know how some cliffs have ledges every so often that you can use to reach the bottom without dying? This one doesn't.

    This, I went splat there earlier, I thought "while I'm here let's go do the delve" and it is just a sheer drop from up there, it wasn't pretty.
