Mount speed slow after skill respec

I used a skill respec scroll and when done I'm not set back to the slowest mount speed. My riding skill still says 30 but I'm talking new toon slow. I've logged in and out a half dozen times, I've made sure I'm pressing the sprint key, I've even upgraded in a stable (now says 31). Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? I've done skill resets on my other characters and not had this problem.

3rdpig✭✭Never mind, I figured it out. I hadn't put the point back into the assault skill that gives Major Gallup.
