If I start the Antiquities, Jewellery Crafting and Thieves Guild (to open the Troves) skill lines during the trial, will I still be able to use them when the trial ends?

Thieves, DB, and Psijic skill lines stay and can be used.

Jewelry and Antiques progress stay but they can't be used without eso+ or owning DLC's and Chapters (from what i've read, as i have them).

    That's what I've heard too.

I can confirm it works that way for the Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood skill lines because I did a free trial of those before buying the DLC (that's actually want convinced me to buy it); once you've unlocked it you can keep using the skills you've unlocked (most importantly opening thieves troves and using the blade of woe), but you won't be able to keep levelling up the skill lines because you can only progress them by doing quests for the guild, and those are only accessible in the DLC.

I think the Psijic Order is the same: you can unlock it and keep using the skills you've unlocked but the skill line only progresses when you do Psijic Order quests and those are only available in Summerset.

I've heard that Jewellery and Antiquities are more directly locked, even if you start it during a free trial or paid ESO+ access if you don't have an active subscription and don't own the DLC you can't use jewellery station or the scrying option, but I can't confirm that myself because I bought both chapters when they were fist released.

Yes, that's how Antiquities works. I'd leveled it on a character during the last ESO+ trial, then couldn't use it again until I bought the Chapters during the Blackwood sale. But my characters kept their skill levels.

Jewelry station is confirmed not to work after the trial ends. I remember getting a pop-up about the Summerset chapter being required before I subscribed to ESO+.

If you don't want to pay a monthly sub / don't want DLC dungeons popping in your queue, a solution is to buy the latest game pack with the chapters in it. I think I had Morrowind (warden) already and then got Elsweyr (necro), Summerset (jewelry, psyjic) and Greymor (antiquities) for £18.99 when it was on sale - or about 2 months ESO+. It gives you most of the game, the key skill lines / classes but no DLC dungeons. Makes you very popular when it comes to filling out RND groups....

That's what I do, I buy the chapters and the story/zone DLC but skip the dungeon DLC and usually don't have ESO+. I don't mind DLC dungeons, but I don't do any dungeons enough to justify paying for more of them and buying just the DLC I want (and occasional other things from the crown store) works out cheaper than subscribing.
