Too often DPS that have queued seem to be comatose. I understand their queue times are long but.. they're afk'ing and kicking everyone back out to the queue.
being at the top of the queue is not enough considering tanks and healers are already basically at the top of the queue.
So as a healer you can get bounced out of 4-5 queues in a row by 1 dps being afk.
it's such a soft easily ignored sound as it currently is. I find that it's better to be in another window so that the window in the taskbar blinks.. that's how unnoticable the sound is.
I'm sure that the dps are taking naps at their keyboards and not even noticing the current alert.
Either that or.. instead of just putting people at the top of the queue.. kick the afk and just recruit a 4th member from the next one in queue. That'll help dps queues move along too.

Make the popup put itself over everything regardless of what you are doing and whatever UI page your are watching (yes even in combat. If I die I die, so what? Or even just autokill me if I'm in combat if it's so frigging important that you aren't allowed to teleport out when in combat.).
And finally add a "do you REALLY want to cancel the queue?" secondary popup with a 2 second delay before you can answer it to prevent double tapping the cancel button by mistake.
(Yes I'm really annoyed by how it works now)

I know it is annoying to be all ready to go and then find that you’re back to waiting, but it does keep you first in queue (in my experience that has been working for a while now whereas in the past it might have occasionally bugged) while the person who didn’t accept the invite is out of the queue entirely.
