Is there a chance for an "Any Race, Any Alliance Bundle" sale in a close future?

Hey,
I did not pay attention to that as I created my characters with their respected races as I felt it right at a given moment. The time has come for me to mash a bit my magicka characters as all are either Altmer or Dunmer and I would like to see some Bretons and Argonians there also (cant swap Altmer into Breton or Argonian as they are in different Alliances). One of my orcs (stam based class) is willing to give herself some facelifting into Bosmer also
(same issue).
I have race change tokens available but ...
Does your experience tell you we are nearing a sale for that bundle maybe?

✭✭It's a good deal anytime tbh. In addition to any race/ any alliance you get the faction mounts, outfits and hoods.
Outfits are kinda meh but I've gotten a lot of use out of the mounts and hoods.1
